Paytm - Bus cancelled but refund not given by Paytm

I booked a prtc bus via Paytm of *.**.****. However, the bus got cancelled and I received a message from operator that the bus has been cancelled and refund has been initiated to you.. I took up the matter with Paytm and they informed me that refund matters are to be taken up the operator. And ever since then I've been contacting one no. to another for refund. However, in August prtc customer care informed me that the refund has already been initiated to Paytm on **.**.****. After that I am regularly calling Paytm customer care and they are just dilly dallying this issue and not giving me any proper response. When I wrote to them few days back, they've responded that they need ** days time to resolve and discuss with operator. And when I again took up with Paytm they responded that refund has been initiated.. however, till date even after * months I haven't received any refund.. and Paytm guys are telling me to take up with my bank without intimating the date on which refund was issued by them..
This is so harrassing on paytm's part and everyday i'm taking up with Paytm they are giving different response.
