Paytm - Bus booking done but bus departed before 30 min scheduled time

I am Prakash Gaikwad was booked a Sleeper Bus Ticket From Pune(Nashik Fata) to Ahmedabad (CTM) on **-Dec-**** the reporting time was *:**pm & boarding time was *:**pm, however I was reached at my boarding point Nashik Fata(Pune) at *:** pm but the bus was departed before ** minutes of the scheduled time, I just wonder how can the bus depart ** minutes before the scheduled time and neither the bus driver called nor Paytm provided me Bus driver number or bus details so I didn't came to know when the departed, so I called to Paytm customer care then the executive told me to book alternative bus so later in ** hours I will get the refund thats why I booked new Bus by myself from Ishwar Tours & Travels he charged me Rs.****/- for the on the spot booking. Then I shared the new ticked details with paytm care but now they are denying to give me the refund.
I have faced a lot of trouble because of paytm and gone through mental harassment because of this issue.
