Budgetair.in - BudgetAir.In a looter

I booked a return trip for my parents from india to usa, through budgetair.in. As per the instructions i received in their website, I booked the tickets. Their site indicated that there will be charges - Flight ticket adult x* (incl. taxes rs ****.**) ******.** inr and Premium service ***.** inr. But looking at the transaction happened in my bank account. there is charge of ******.** inr from kuwait airways and *** Rs from Budgetair. I called up icici bank to understand that there is no foreign exchange fee. Kuwait Airlines confirmed they charged the equivalent amount of $**** to my Indian bank account. This is pure cheating from budgetair.in, showing an amount in their website and gets charged for entirely different amount by the airlines. They are simply showing less amount in their website and no idea about what the airline will be charging. I called up their customer care multiple times and they guy was so arrogant and had no idea about what is this other than it is a foreign exchange fee. And he keeps saying he cannot do anything and cant get his manager or confirm anything in email. Its total fraud and keep away from the by all chance.
