BSNL - BSNL Broadband and land line not working since June 2019

I have been following up with BSNL for restoring my Broadband and Land line phone connection since end of June, but all fell in deaf ears. Even I lodged complaint with BSNL Grievance cell cmdcomplaints@bsnl.co.in on this ID, still no response. I am tired of running behind BSNL for restoring my connection. I have paid all bills and dues, I demand a quick resolution and waiving off my current and previous bills. If paid can be adjusted in the next month bills.
