Broken product was delivered by the company in the tampered box and when complaint was filed for replacement executive denied taking responsibility regarding the same.
Multiple complaints were filed via app and email but it was of no use but a sheer harassment .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
