I ordered Sony WH-CH***N and got it on **th June, I have been trying to contact their team on Whatsapp and email for over a week but did not get a single response.
I have the unboxing video where it's visible that the box is worn out. When I started using it, it was clear that the microphone is completely messed up, there is only a garbled sound coming on the other side.
I have stopped using the product and kept it in its original packaging.
There has been zero response across any channels, so I cannot trust this website. They don't even have a refund option, just a gift card or replacement. Even after applying for a replacement, there has been no update.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
