It's been more than ** days and the representative of GTPL is not responding to the calls. Even when I tried to tell customer care about that they are telling me to just wait and wait for more. I had also sent many emails to these people but no query resolution. These people are fraud and loot customers.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
