usha bisht filed complaint against Airtel on May 3, 2020
I have taken airtel broadband connection yesterday **/**/**** of * months plan @***per month,CAF NO ID- ***********.The airtel operator named Mukesh Kumar who came to install the broadband stated that that it will be installed the next day and we made the payment through online transaction @****/- through debitcard.as suggested by him.But today while we contact him, he told that will be taking time and apologise for the delay caused as the operating tea refusing to install the connection and no even confirming the date it for the installing it. Further, when we asked to credit our amount paid as w do not wish to get install it anymore, he told it will take ** hrs for the payment return.
So, kindly do the needful and get it installed till tomorrow evening as it will cause an effect on my work for which i took this plan.Moreover, he stated that reason for refusal to come is all because there was on COVID case found, but now our area where we put in is in ghaziabad which now come under the orange zone that has no further case post one covid case that was found earlier. Our society is all opened with no restriction imposed for any outsider to come.

Please do acknowledge our concern,either do reverse the payment or get it installed by tomorrow evening as commitment made by him only after which we decided too purchase plan from airtel. So , please do take appropriate meastion for the same.(Service Request Ref. No-**-*************)
