In spite of our regular follow ups since **th of June, our broadband is not working and we are yet to receive any firm reply/action for restoration of broadband connection.
My ticket ID on **.**.**** is: ********.
We would like to put on record very poor service response from gtpl. Our connection was down for more than ** days. Also so many hours in last months also. This month also our net is down.
I called your customer care center but they don’t have any concrete response and pathetic reply to my queries and not resolving issue. Hence, i wrote and called to designated appellate officer Mr. Kamal bhatia since last two days but is also didn't respond , not pick up the phone and no solution till date.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
