Harpreet filed complaint against Netplus Broadband Services Private Limited on Jun 20, 2020
Applied for new connection on **/*/** and got call from from your representative for documents and payment. I completed both in one hour and that representative assured me that the installation will be done till evening.
But no one came and next day evening after calling him again he send someone and they told that there is no power available in my location ,and told me that they solve it in * days and installation will be done. I got message of customer id but no one come again to install, when i call to that representative he assures that installation will be done today and this happens everyday and today is * th day its completely a harrasment experience and fake promises and shows the commitment of your company towards customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
