Netplus Broadband Services Private Limited - Urgent Resolution Requested Unresolved Cable TV and Customer Service Issues with NetPlus Broadband

I am writing this to register a complaint against NetPlus Broadband, the cable television and internet services provider in Ludhiana, Punjab. I have been a customer of NetPlus Broadband Android TV BOX since Nov-**** and I have been extremely disappointed with the services provided by the company.

In November ****, I upgraded my internet connection to an Android TV box so I could watch live cable TV channels. However, cable TV stopped working after *-* days. Despite multiple attempts to contact the customer service, my complaint has not been registered or addressed by the company. Over the course of November and December ****, I called the customer service numbers **+ times[ *****-***** and *****-*****] and sent *+ emails to the customer support, but I did not receive any serious response or resolution to my problem.

Furthermore, I was not informed by the company that Netflix, the most popular app in the world, is not supported by their Android smart TV box. This has resulted in a highly inconvenient situation where I have to use multiple devices to access different content. The lack of transparency on the part of the company has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

As a result of the poor customer and technical support, my *-year-old son has been negatively impacted. He has been asking about the cable TV constantly, and I do not have an answer for him.

I believe that NetPlus Broadband should be held accountable for their poor services and lack of transparency. I am requesting compensation of INR **,***/- from the company so that other customers in our city or state will not have to experience the same issues.

I hope that you will take prompt action to address my complaint and provide me with a resolution to this matter.
