Netplus Broadband Services Private Limited - Network issues and provider not addressing tha complaint since a week

Every night, my WiFi stops working. If doesn't work whole night and then the next day it starts working itself. Despite of calling him numerous times and sending him pictures of router as a proof of problem, the provider has still not taken any step to resolve the issue.
