Act Fiber Net - Broadband installation delayed without intimating the expected date

I had requested for a ACT fibernet broadband connection by paying fill amount of **** for * months of subscription on **th may. It was needed on ungency basis and the company promised the same. But after taking the payment, I didn't receive any response from the provider regarding the installation. My multiple calls to customer and mails went useless. Thus caused lots of issue to work from home for me and my wife.
