Sumeet filed complaint against Airtel on Jul 29, 2017
Hi,
I made an request online some ** days back for a new broadband connection at my below home address :
L Block
Saket, New Delhi
Delhi-******
I got acknowledgement from Airtel Customer care stating that connection is feasible in my area.
Then, same day, I was contacted by Sarit Gupta (Contact : +** ***** *****) who said he was from Airtel and asked me for document verification and an online submission of Rs *** as activation charge at http://www.airtel.in/payonline/
CAF No: DL*******
I made the payment same day and attached is my receipt.
However, it has been * days now and no connection has been installed yet.
Worse, no update has been provided regarding my request.
I have made multiple calls to Sarit Gupta and airtel customer care and now they are saying that connection is not feasible in my area.
I am really frustrated with Airtel service this time. I want my money back and request for some action taken against those involved for this reckless behavior and misinformation.
