I got AMC renewed with Eureka Forbes on *th January for my Aqua Guard Water Purifier , and subsequently same day , I raiser service request as alarm/beep is coming and my aqua guard needs immediate service as it is health scare to my family and child at home . Till date my service request /escalation request / CEO escalation help desk request has not been resolved , which is serous non-service from Eureka Forbes and causing health negligence on part of company.
