I bought a sony full hd tv klv-**r***f on **th August ****. From the first day itself the picture quality is just average. The FM doesn't work and the tv doesn't detect my hard disk even though the format is supported as per sony's website.
I sent an email to sony India on **th August itself asking them to return the TV and I was provided with a ticket number ********. Till date nobody has reached out to me with a resolution. I have called Sony India customer care many times but all in vain, they just say that someone will contact you soon. It seems I have wasted my hard earned money on Sony. I could have purchased some other brand TV for a much lesser price.
I would like to return the TV as soon as possible. I don't have so much time to keep talking to Sony customer care who anyways don't understand your problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
