My box was damaged while transit and my ankle weights are missing from it. The package was delayed too but that’s an issue for another day. I tried contacting them but there has been no resolution. They just keep on asking for extra pics, even though I’ve sent them enough evidence.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
