Navroop Singh Bajwa filed complaint against Apple on Jan 30, 2020
Bought an iPhone ** Pro *** GB on Jan *, ****.
From the first day, the iPhone was having some touch issues.
I contacted apple support right away through online chat. They suggested me to reboot the iOS as well as to reset my device. Nothing worked as I tried all methods for a week till Jan *, ****.
Then, I went to an apple authorized service center on Jan *, ****, with videos (of iPhone not responding to the touch) as evidence and they returned back on Jan **, ****, saying there is no problem with the device.
On the same day, I started facing the problem again and after that, I contacted apple support through phone they told me to wait till Monday(Jan **, ****) so that they can know why this (returned iPhone without service) happened (their internal process).
On Jan **, ****, I called them again, they told me to share the video as evidence and timestamps when this issue is occurring. On the same day, I shared the required videos and timestamps when the issue occurred.
The next day (Jan **, ****) in the morning I got the call saying they want to fetch the logs as well. I shared the logs (which I was not willing to share as privacy concerns).
On ** Jan ****, I called them to know the status, again they told me to share more logs for the issue with timestamps and videos I directly told them I will not share as I have to do my own business too and after that, they told me to submit the device again. On Jan **, ****, I submitted the device again. Till now there seems to be no progress.
Please help.
