Jasir Khan filed complaint against Bookmyshow on Jan 6, 2026
This complaint is regarding the Spacetech Winter Festival New year event tickets booked via bookmyshow. Earlier it was in Solang valley and it was supposed to be a snow festival which was the only reason I purchased the ticket. Organisers suddenly changed the venue to Palm Bliss Kasol and I have already attended the eden of sounds at palm bliss this year and Spacetech was supposed to be a snow festival in ski ground Solang which was the sole reason i was going. I had a word with the “Spacetech Team” asking for a complete refund, agreeing to the complete refund they asked us to contact bookmyshow and provided the nodal officer’s email address. It was **th December when I was wrote the email requesting to the Nodal officer to please process my complete refund of ₹*****.** as urgently as possible because the new year is very close and the tickets for other events are getting really expensive and if my refund is delayed I won’t be able to make new plans for my new year as the tickets will go out of budget. Since then it is *th Jan today and they are have provided google forms asking to choose between refunds or retain tickets i have chosen refund option and spoke to customer care but zero update has been given to me. My new year completely ruined because of them and my mental health.

Refund credited in BMS wallet instead of refund in credit card
