Santosh Khatte filed complaint against Agoda on Feb 25, 2023
The hotel has said that they have removed the tie-up with Agoda and already informed you few days ago. They said they didn't receive any booking amount from Agoda and they haven't let us go in the hotel and said they do not have any availability right now.
Hence requesting you to cancel the booking and refund me the amount at earliest. This is very awkward moment for us as the person came all the way from Delhi for some corporate meeting.
Requesting you to consider this request for resolution on immediate basis.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
