I was trying to make a booking from your app for OYO **** and paying via Paytm,
On paytm side money, **** rs got deducted for the booking (Screenshot attached) and oyo order number was generated successfully, But booking was not successful and neither any booking id was generated.
I have called on OYO customer care multiple times and had a chat via oyo app but all they are saying is to contact your bank/paytm for any help.
I have contacted Paytm but they are saying the transaction was successful and money has been credited in merchant's (oyo) account. They have provided the Oyo order id also which is s*y*xn*r***eeopg*uaudu*l and paytm transaction id was ***********. Paytm email response is also attached.
