Make my trip - Booking not confirmed and checkin is within a week

I have made two bookings **th March to **th March and **th March to **th March at grandpark kodhipparu Maldives. I have been telling make my trip constantly that the resort doesn't have my booking and begging them to confirm the booking. Vishal gupta told wait for two weeks it will be confirmed. We have been calling continuously from four days and there is no proper response . They only say it will be resolved tomorrow tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. We have spent *lakhs on this trip and u guys think it's a joke?????. I am literally in so much pain that makemytrip doesn't take this issue seriously at all!!!!! I am filing this complaint against Viru, rakesh Chakravarty, pulak kumar ghosh for cheating on us everyday by saying it will be done and fooling us like this. This is so hurtful. We want our booking to be confirmed immediately!!!!
