I had booked one room Vrinda Anandam Resorts, Vrindavan through OYO App for * days. However I have checked earlier on **th May'**** and Paid extra amount which is acceptable. However that time I spoke to reception desk and ask him to check out little early which were expected due to family reason. But he didn't say to modify the booking or cancel the booking. And on the very last moment I paid full amount . Here are few issues which I would like to highlight and expected your action on this
Due to miscommunication by your proper owner I paid ****/- for one day room rent( I could have been modified if he would have been communicated that time only.)
Also I have not received any bill of room service, Additional he charged me service tax on manual bill which is not expect able
i am regular traveler and i do prefer my official tour & personal tour through OYO only. this is the first time i have faced this issue. and It's not good for room rent which were showing online booking Rs. *** at the time of check in I paid ****/- just because of your property owner lack of knowledge or miscommunication.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
