This is urgent... needs to be resolved ASAP.. So I had a booking with Taj resorts and the agoda websit gave me special discounts.. but they sent me an email later stating the property is not operating.. I was traveling towards the property and had no where else to stay. Agoda customer service agents were giving me and my family the worst of the worst options and finally when they found something that was exactly what I was looking for they wanted me to pay **,*** rupees extra saying that they will refund the money back..
I am already travelling, unable to make any bookings coz of my travel and they promised to book another alternative hotel which they have not done from the past * hours.. this is urgent and need sto be resolved ASAP
