Agoda app - booking information not recived by the hotel

I Aashish Choudhary had visited their booking sight. And had booked a room on **th November **** by your app at hotel FABHOTEL STAY FINE situated at *-tA-**, SECTOR *, JAWAHAR NAGAR, JAIPUR, INDIA. i had paid full amount on the same day by an online transaction. and also received online receipt of the same .when i had reached on the day of check in it was been told that there is no such booking of the same. I had faced lot much problem by which he suffered huge loose and hampered my health. i have paid amount in other hotel that was not on short notice and wasted my time. kindly pay my debts.
