Booking in Agoda was done for * Adults (search criteria). However, the confirmation receipt, I received was only for * Adults.
The page just before making the payment had misleading information - where at one place it showed * adults where as at another it showed * adults. Since, my search was for * adults, I went ahead with the booking. Attached is the printout of this page.
After receiving the confirmation, I reached out to Agoda. However, they refused to accept their mistake and said that I have to pay extra for the person at the hotel.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
