Booking denied at the property on arrival at the hotelon **st aug **** even after advance payment made and confirmation received from goibibo. The response/treatrment from both goibibo and oyo were disgusting & frustrating. Being a lady I was made stranded with my son more than hour at the lobby. Booked a room on my own ultimately.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
