OYO Rooms - Booking cancelled without intimation and discussion

Had done a confirmed booking and paid around * k for room booking at Tanisha Guest house Goa through OYO
Booking cancelled and replaced with an alternate hotel ** k away.
Surprisingly we got this message after we had arrived at Goa.
On our arrival we received directions to go to hotel Supreme.
On reaching there we found it very different than place booked by us.
We called up OYO n complained and told them that we want Tanisha which we had booked n paid for.
We then went to Tanisha ** km away n were told that there was never any booking done by OYO in our name.
OYO customer care acted as if we had booked Hotel supreme and we're not at all helpful. They used to keep us on hold multiple times for up to ** min and then cancel call.
We asked them for an alternate upgraded location but they kept Dilly dallying.
Our spend over * and half hours trying to get a resolution but we're successful.
Had come for my child's national level exams n he got completely mentally exhausted from all this.
