Agoda - booking bounced back from hotel

we have booked * rooms via Agoda at Kumbalgadh city of India. We have booked under ***% booking confirmation and pay at the property. but when we contact property for reconfirmation of our rooms, Hotels bluntly said that they have not received any booking from Agoda and our all rooms are not there with them, We shown our Agoda booking confirmation voucher to hotel but they denied to give us rooms. In India there is no customer support team of Agoda. We have to call every time Internatioanl calls to solve our querries. We even mailed * times to Agoda regarding this but they did not bother to revert back.
