Kia india - Booked vehicle HTK sonnet not delivered

I have booked my kia sonnet HTK+ in Oct **** from Dilip motors,Ranchi but till date we have not received my booked vehicle.Agent/ Manager is not taken interest in tell us the position when I will got the vehicle.I already inform them that I will not take accessories and extended warranty.
Kindly deliver my booked vehicle as soon as possible.
