This is common problem for us, I had booked a hotel through MMT but on reaching at Hotel ** PM, the Hotel was totally closed for a week as said by a staff, Main door was locked. I called customer care but no response was taken, no return call or alternetive arrangement was done from MMT.
I had called many times to customer care till night ** PM but no one is ready to solve the issue.
Earlier during Cab Booking through i had suffered the same. So I am not looking for any compensation from MMT, I want to make penalty provision for all over india by govt rule against such fraud promise for all this type of companies.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
