I had a room booking for Christmas Eve and have even done the payment.
I have went to the hotel in the day and checked the reception guy about the booking and he told that the price you paid in agoda is not sufficient and cant provide room for that price it seems. And there is no customer carr number to get an immediate help from the agoda side. Not even a live chat support to help customers.
Then the hotel staffs denied my stay there and had to lok for a room somewhere outside.
They only have a automated chat support where we can only choose from a set of questions only.
Pathetic experience.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
