I WAS BOOKED A HOTEL FOR OUR GUESTS ON DTD **/*/** FOR ONE DAY **/*/** TO **/*/** AT HOTEL FLORENCE RESIDENCY SECTOR * ROHINI NEAR ROHINI WEST METRO STATION AND PAID FULL AMOUNT THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD AND AGODA SEND ALL BOOKING DETAILS AND PAYMENT DETAILS BUT WHEN OUR GUEST REACHED AT HOTEL FOR CHECK IN THEY SHOW THE SAME BOOKING DETAILS TO HOTEL MANAGER MR AJAY HE SAID ITS A FAKE BOOKING AND OUR HOTEL IS NOT BOOKED ONLINE FROM LAST THREE MONTHS AND REFUSE TO CHECK IN. I WAS SURPRISED
AND NOW WE WANTS THAT AGODA SEE THE SAME MATTER AND GIVE REPLY FOR THE SAME INCIDENT AND REFUND MY BOOKING AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST
