I placed an order on ** April **** for a book - Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. It has still not being shipped (* Aug ****). I have raised multiple tickets (*-*) with them for this, and each time get a response saying it is still to be shipped from publisher. I have asked for estimated date by when i can expect book to which I get no response. I then asked for refund and they declined that too.!
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
