I installed * cassette ac which has * year warranty of compressor. the compressor of both ac stop working. company charge *****/- for replacing and other cost. and compressor is free according to the company this happened in august **** last year end of summer season. that time the uses of ACs was very low because of season change after that for some months we didn't use ACs for couples of months. now when we start Acs they are not working properly and after too many requests they didn't even send their engineer to check. although i told them i will pay visit charges. i really flustered with all this
