Blue star ac - Installation not done

No technician available to install AC. They promised installation on April ** but no one has contacted despite multiple followups. They don't even bother to call despite promise to callback. They recently completed ** years as told to me by the Value Plus store of crossing republik Ghaziabad from where i purchased this product. This product is now a waste for me if not installed. Not sure who else to contact to have this completed. Its surprising they managed to survive in market for ** years with such pathetic service.
