Blue star ac - Technical team after sale support problem

Respected sir,
I have purchased blue star ac form my baby room and installed on **/**/**** by blue star technician.
Technician has no knowledge about proper installation of ac he even doesn't done vacuum of ac pipes.
At same time I have informed that ac is making more noise solve the problem but they given excuse that after running sometime it will reduce but noise remain same till today.
After many time I called blue star technician for this problem but they have no solution. They only say that this noise will come.
Dear sir I bought this ac for my child but due to noise he can't sleep.
Please if possible replace the product or return it and provide my money back so I can buy other companies ac which makes less noise.
