Blue star ac - Company fail to provide free service in One product warranty time

I had bought Blue star AC on ** June ****,as per the product call centre they have to provide two free service from there side in warranty period in * year.on ** may **** i called blue star call centre for service then they raised a ticket against my product for service and they told me today evening before * service technician will visit to my home,as i waited no body came then I called back them on ** may ****,then as call centre again raised *nd ticket and they promised that some thechnician will sure come today,but no body come as usel,one more thing i had already informed the purchasing date of my product that was * June ****,as per call centre if technician fail to come before the waranty period still i will be eligible for free service as i make request before the product warranty finish,but after few days they themselves closed the ticket and recieved Message that the ticket is cancelled.Today on ** june **** when I called i again service centre they informed me that my service had done by *rd party which is not true no service has done until now and also call centre informed me if I want service now i have to pay as the waranty finished.so i want to complaint for this fake practice
