Ola - Blackmailing for cancelation fee

Hi Team,

I cancelled Ola ride which I booked for my mother, I got cancelation fee as well. In spite of that driver blackmailed my mom to give ** rupees, if not he ws blocking her way.

Is the way the to behave with a person, she was helpless and because of his rudeness and rowdism she paid him money and went. It's not about the money it's about the safety. This is not the way to behave with anyone. I need to raise a strict complain on this person.
