Booked Toyota Hyryder V Variant Top Model on *th October **** with UTTAM TOYOTA NOIDA SECTOR-**.
It’s been more than * months now, however the sales representative is not updating on the vehicle status. Even the VOC Team of toyota is doing nothing but forwarding the complaint to the dealership and nothing else.
Through external agents, the vehicle can be arranged with a premium of Rs **,*** and the dealerships are simply promoting black marketing. I approached dealers from Gwalior and Jhansi through known contacts and the vehicle was arranged within a week’s time.
I have seen lot of customers getting vehicles who have made bookings afterwards and have got vehicle prior to me.
Toyota’s customer care service is pathetic at handling their dealers and instigating them to follow integrity towards the customers.
