Toyota - For not delivery my booked Innova hycross zx o super white model

Respected sir
I beg to say that I had booked my Innova hycross optional model of super white colour at bathinda pioneer showroom that is EM PEE MOTORS bathinda. With the receipt no -BTD-***** at date **-**-****. We have very first booking of the above said model in de district bathinda,but as their employees told us we don’t received any car of the above said model from the company yet now,but we came to know that they have sold many car’s of the above said model after ** feb **** in black.

Still they don’t response in a positive way to us regarding the delivery of my booked car of Innova hycross ZX. S.white.they promised us many times for delivery of vehicle but they always telling lie and don’t respond in a positive way.

Kindly help us and brought the record of sale of that model from the pioneer toyota showroom bathinda in the interest of justice.
