My name is venkata sai, and I booked a Toyota Innova Crysta in January **** and the delearship (Lakshmi Toyota, M/S LM Autotech Pvt. Ltd., *-*** Complex, NH **, Throvagunta Center, Throvagunta, Andhra Pradesh, Ongole -******

+** ***** *****) promised to deliver the car in March **** and today’s date is July ** **** and they still haven’t delivered the car, and on the day of booking the car they informed us to get the loan sanctioned from your bank and we have done it by march * week, during this loan process we spent almost ***** in loan fees like stamp duty and some other expenses.
But now they are saying that we only have a higher model which costs us * more lakhs and are pressuring us to take the higher model.
In the mean time we had several functions and several trips for which we used rent cars which costs us more.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
