Toyota - Alaram issue within 6 days of purchase

I had purchased Urban Cruisor in **** and very much satisfied. Then on **th june,**** purchased second car Taisor and experience is pathetic. After running *** kms, a yellow light started flashing. Dealer tried for a week and returned me as it is. They are telling to drive as it is and not confirming any future course of action.
Can you help me & Is it safe to drive with alarm.

Note : Tried to raise grievance through you web site – It is not working.
