Have been charged with International roaming even though service was requested for deactivation..screenshot attached for proof.
Despite of multiple complaints with Airtel they didnot refund that amount or reverted back.
Pls consider this as severe grievence and take necessary action accordingly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
