Postpaid bill of Rs. ***.** done on **st june **** .by paytm towards idea cellular. But after more than a month Idea cellular has not received the payment done by me using payTm. After contacting paytm for more than **-** times since last month , the issue is not resolved . Meanwhile idea barred my services due to bill payment pending issue. Requested PayTm to cancel the transaction and refund the amount , but not done anything yet . No solution provided by paytm yet. The screenshot of the transaction is attached herewith.
