PayTM - Bill not paid to Hathway broadband but amount deducted from my bank account

I paid my Hathway broadband bill of *** on *th August **** through Paytm. It is shown as successful. At **th of August **** Hathway disconnected my connection stating my bill not paid. I contacted hathway customer care and they responded stating they haven't received any payment. They also provided proof of payment not received. When I contacted Paytm they said payment was successful. When I further contacted and explained my problem, they said provide proof from the operator. When sent the proof they haven't responded till now. They have also cleverly disabled any calling feature for Bill payment. When I contacted customer care through call they said they cannot help and you can only contact them through their chat. But they never reply in the chat. It is **rd August now and still haven't got any reply from them. I'm sure they are having my money and they're not responding to my problem. Kindly take action PayTM and make them issue my refund. Thanks
