HONDA 2 WHEELARS INDIA - Bike is stop working in 1 year 5 months of purchase and no resolution of problem from 23 days

My bike is stop working in middle of the road on * nov at night * pm.
I faced a accident due to this having injury to me. Next day on * nov from accident place to nearby honda service station my friend and me tow vehicle and shown the bike to service as it's not starting but other functions working smoothly headlight,horn, indicator all others function working ok but engine not starting, I shown the issue to service station (honda service station nasarapur,Pune banglore highway, Maharashtra) after inspection at service they said engine starter coil not working need to replace.
This bike is under warranty as of only * year * months complete and engine not starting bike electrical failure occurred.I said replacement of that part in warranty.
My bike is in service station from ** days and still issue not resolved.how the worst service facilities of honda i seen.i contacted the dealer where bike purchase (Mauli honda Ghodegaon)they said take that vehicle to me distance is nearly *** km.
Since the * nov from Today ** nov bike issue not resolved.
