Respected Sir,
I have purchased HP Laptop Model No:- HP** Du **** TX on dated ** March ****. I am facing a battery issue on my laptop from the very first day the battery drains in about ** to ** mins. I repeatedly called the customer care number *-* times but everyone followed the same process mentioning that it is a protocol we have to follow but they didn't give the solution for the issue.
So, I kindly request you to please look after my issue and give me a replacement battery or laptop.
