Vinay filed complaint against State Bank of India on Feb 20, 2017
I tried to pay an application (jeecup.nic.in) fee of ₹ *** (total ₹ ***.**) online thru State Bank Buddy on **th December ****. But payment was unsuccessful and amount was deducted from my Buddy wallet. I did not get my money even after contacting SBI care as well as email (support.statebankbuddy@sbi.co.in) many times.
My State Bank Buddy Account TID is **********.
I got following message in my mobile no ********** after transaction :-
'Transaction successful! Rs. ***.** has been paid to State Bank of India Mops for TID **********. Thank you for using State Bank Buddy.'

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
