I bought one product from paytm * months bacj and a bank cashback from icici was there on it. I raised issue of cashbcak to paytm many times but i was asked to wait for ** days as its their policy that cashback gets credited in * months. I waited for almost *months but no cashback received till now. All my efforts gone in vain while chasing with paytm as they not responding us timely and satisfactory response. They dont callback us anytime. Everytime fake commitments to customers. Please do the necessary action against paytm.
